What to include

The more detail you give, the faster we can act. Please include:

• The page URL where you saw the issue
• The exact wording or figure you believe is wrong
• What the correct information is, with a source if you have one
• The date you saw it, since offers and terms change often

How to send it

Email the corrections address on our Contact page. You do not need to explain why it matters. A short, specific note is enough.

How we handle it

1. We acknowledge your message when we can, usually within a few business days.
2. We check the claim against primary sources, such as the operator terms or a regulator.
3. If you are right, we fix the page and note that a change was made.
4. If a ranking, an operator, or a factual claim changes as a result, we record it so the update is traceable.

Timeliness

Offer terms move quickly. If a figure is simply out of date rather than wrong, we still want to know, because keeping the site current is part of the job described in our Editorial Policy.
