Privacy Policy
This policy describes what this website does and does not do with your data. It is written to match the actual front end, which is static HTML and CSS with no JavaScript.
What this site is
Framing Edge is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no login, no newsletter, and no back end that stores what you do. We do not run analytics scripts, and there is no JavaScript on these pages.
Affiliate tracking links
This is the part that matters most, so we set it out in full.
- Nothing is tracked while you read. Tracking begins only if you click an offer link to an operator.
- Our outbound offer links can carry parameters such as , , , or . These identify the page and campaign that sent the click, not you as a person.
- After the click, the affiliate network sets its own cookie on its own domain. It may log your IP address, the time, the referring page, and browser details.
- Where cookies are blocked, some networks fall back to fingerprint matching to attribute the click.
- We, the publisher, receive counts grouped by campaign. We do not receive named individuals.
- Those records belong to the network and the operator and are governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
- To avoid this, do not follow the offer links, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
The cookie notice
Every page shows a short informational notice about affiliate links. It is a notice, not a consent request, because our own site sets no tracking cookies. Since there is no JavaScript, the notice cannot remember that you dismissed it. It will reappear on every page load and every navigation. That is a known limitation of a static build, not a fault.
What we do not do
- We do not set our own tracking or analytics cookies.
- We do not collect names, emails, or payment details through this website.
- We do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect it here.
- We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on these pages.
Email you send us
If you email an address listed on our Contact page, we receive your message and reply. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your query. Those addresses are placeholders in this preview build and must be replaced before launch.
Your choices in Canada
Canadian privacy law gives you rights over personal information a business holds about you. Because this static site holds none through the website itself, most requests will relate only to email you have sent us. Contact us using the privacy address on the Contact page to ask a question.
Changes
If the site later adds analytics, its own cookie, a click redirect, or a form with a back end, this policy and the cookie notice will be updated together to describe it accurately.
